​Kashif Umer is a product leader and engineer with a strong background in hardware and embedded systems. he also supports early-stage startups as a member of the Investment Advisory Committee at Brilliant Catalyst. In his spare time he gives khutbahs and halaqat at local mosques in Waterloo, Ontario. Kashif also regularly hires people and knows the do's and don't when it comes to succeeding in an interview.
