AI Agent HackNight with MCP: Atlanta
MCP is rapidly changing the landscape of what's possible for developer tools while broadly, AI is changing the way we work. Let's explore this together! We are thrilled to be taking our third hands-on hack night to Atlanta. Stay ahead of the trends and join us to play around with codename goose — a local open source AI agent that automates tasks and utilizes MCP severs to integrate with your favorite tools.
We are excited to collaborate with the AI Tinkerers Atlanta, Render Atlanta, and Atlanta Tech Week communities for this event.
📌 RSVP required for entry.
All experiences welcome!
What is codename goose?
Codename goose is an open-source AI agent that runs locally on your machine. Whether you're a developer, designer, or just want to automate tasks, Goose can help. With Model Context Protocol (MCP), Goose connects to the tools you are already using to make automation seamless.
What is Model Context Protocol (MCP)?
MCP is an open standard developed by Anthropic (the company behind Claude) that allows AI to securely interact with external apps, providing real-time context. Instead of just responding to prompts, codename goose can work with your files, projects, and data across different tools.
