About Event

This is a variation of Claydate- get more info here. This beginner-friendly workshop will guide you through the fundamentals of handbuilding, teaching you techniques to create functional food-safe dinnerware pieces. Learn how to use real florals to press into clay and add natural texture to your tableware pieces. You'll have the opportunity to personalize your pieces with colorful ceramic underglazes. After the workshop, we'll take care of the glazing and firing process, ensuring your ceramics are ready to use. Instruction by Aubrey Aiese.

IMPORTANT NOTES: All tickets are final sale. We are a shoes-off, socks-required space; please bring your own socks or we have some for purchase for $1. Our events are geared towards connection through creativity; for many, you will be sitting around shared tables. Unfortunately, during ticketed events, we are unable to accommodate any children/babies under 5 years of age. Dogs are also not permitted at events. Upon entering our space you are consenting to photography/videography that may be used for promotional purposes.

Please reach out to info@nycdrawingroom.com if you have any questions in the meantime.
