Exploring Fractional Leadership

​With the term "fractional" being more and more common in the marketplace, we thought to bring people together to see if there's interest in a community within OGC to explore the fractional leadership deeper.

​We can support both consultants and founders / biz owners within OGC and make space for other women at the table where we may benefit from their expertise.

​Of the 24 who responded to the forum interest inquiry, 10 have 'beginner' experience, 11 have 'intermediate' experience, and 3 have 'advanced' experience acting in f(x) capacities or alongside f(x) leaders. (I share this so those who have inquired about how seasoned the group attending is can decide whether they find value in attending.)
