SunSeek 5k + Othership (Day 1)

​Start your day with movement, sunlight, and sauna. Join us for a special SunSeek 5K run followed by a guided Othership experience!

​Here’s the flow:

​• 7:30 AM – Arrive at Othership (Yorkville), drop your bag, and get ready.

​• 7:45 AM – We kick off the 5KM run together.

​• 8:15 AM – Return to Othership and cool down.

​• 8:30 AM – Guided class begins (hot/cold experience).

​We’ll run at a relaxed pace together—just bring your shoes, water bottle, and good vibes.

​⚠️ Note: Each day has a separate registration form. You’re welcome to join us for one, two, or all three sessions!
