We’re kicking off the Lovable Shipped season with a high-energy “USA vs Canada” face-off hackathon! Participants will build entirely within the Lovable platform, showcasing innovation, teamwork, and speed. Whether you're dialing in from Austin, Toronto, or virtually from anywhere, you'll be joining a truly global event.

10:00 AM – Global Kickoff Livestream (rules + API keys)
10:15 – 11:00 AM – Hack Sprint Begins • Mentors on standby
11:00 – 12:00 PM – Mentor Office Hours (Roam rooms)
12:00 – 2:45 PM – Continued build sprint
2:45 PM – Code freeze & demo upload to Lovable repo
3:00 – 3:45 PM – Judging Period / Demos
4:00 – 5:00 PM – Finalist pitches (5-min each)
5:00 – 5:20 PM – Global vote via Roam poll
5:30 PM – Champion announced + Shipped onboarding
