🌞 Ready to ease into summer with some lighthearted learning, playful connection, and good vibes in the park?
Join us for a relaxed and fun L&D Shakers Berlin meetup where we’ll mix just the right amount of learning with games, reflection, and a casual picnic to close the evening.
What’s on the menu?
We’ll dive into playful activities and serious games- mostly for the joy of it with some great takeaways along the way.
You’ll explore how to:
• Seamlessly warm up and energize groups.
• Reveal invisible dynamics and mindsets.
• Practice active listening.
• Support yourself and your team in reflecting on shared experiences.
After the activities, we’ll ease into a relaxed hangout where you can chat, connect, and unwind with fellow L&D folks. Nothing too serious, just a little inspiration and a lot of good energy.🎈

Toilets are available at Orangerie (a bar in the park). In case of bad weather, we’ll have a backup location.
Your hosts and playmakers:
Eszter Boros (she/her) is a career counsellor, trainer, and founder, dedicated to guiding individuals through their career transitions. A passionate hiker, hobby painter, restless traveller, and an outdoor educator in training, she brings a diverse toolkit to her work from experience-based learning to project management. Her interdisciplinary approach can be traced to her background as a controller, marketing & sales manager, event manager, volunteer, and youth worker, in different sectors such as medical devices, coaching, culture and more.
Lucy Chambers is a professional asker of so-called "stupid" questions, the kind that unlock big thinking. Known to some as a Facilitator, to others as a Wrangler of expertise, perspectives, and complex projects, she brings curiosity and clarity to every challenge. As a Playful yet Pragmatic Process Consultant, Lucy uses visualisation, games, and plain language to make the invisible dynamics visible. She helps individuals and teams understand, collaborate, and solve their own problems with confidence.
Yulia Bogdanova is the Founder and Facilitator at Nature Flow Lab. She helps mission-driven teams and organizations unlock creative thinking, navigate uncertainty, and reconnect with purpose—especially when pressure is high and new ideas feel stuck. With 10+ years of experience in facilitation, coaching, and resilience work I now design sessions that restore clarity, collaboration, and innovation—online or in nature.
