Child’s Lullaby: A Return to the Inner Child

​Our Child’s Lullaby community event returns: a space to gently return to the part of ourselves that remembers who you were before the world told you who you had to be the younger self who still holds innocence and curiosity.

​Through live sound healing, vocals, and subtle instrumental layers, we invite you into an experience of deep listening and remembrance where the body relaxes and the heart opens.

​Guided meditations will weave through the session helping surface the early memories, feelings, and beliefs that may still live beneath the surface of our adult selves often quietly shaping the way we move through the world.

​This community event isn’t a way to fix yourself but an invitation to simply return To meet your inner child is to meet yourself as you are now without story without resistance simply to make peace with what is.

​Allowing what’s been held - whether that be grief, joy, or confusion to be simply welcomed and accepted.

​This is a space for reconnection for slowing down for community in the presence of a shared community.
