​Building on Starburst's 2023 Tech Week event – "LA Hardtech: Local Talent Meets CEOs" (see recap here), this year's agenda features:

• ​Product hardware demos (including Ampaire's ground test aircraft)

• ​A fireside chat with industry leaders on attracting and retaining legacy talent as well as tapping into new cross-industry talent

• ​Conversations on key themes, like culture, roles, and upskilling
