Self-Dating: Sunday Session
Looking for a Sunday that’s equal parts calm and expansive?
On April 27th, you're invited to spend a few quiet hours getting to know - you.
Welcome to Self-Dating; where all the flags are green.
The format is inspired by speed-dating, but the connections you’ll make are internal. Think guided prompts, and thoughtful reflection, designed to help you explore the different voices, parts, and perspectives within your own identity.
April's theme is “Meeting your many selves.”
We’ll introduce you to a few frameworks from psychology —including Internal Family Systems (IFS), that suggest we’re made up of multiple inner selves, each trying to help us navigate life in its own way. Some might be holding you back. Others might be asking for more of your attention. All of them have something to say.
Throughout the session, you’ll move through a set of solo prompts and small group moments that help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself, without pressure to fix anything.
And it all takes place in the award-winning Abrielle, a dreamy space tucked inside the Sutton House Hotel. It’ll feel less like going to an event and more like checking in for a mini staycation. Come curious, leave connected.
