Ryan Osten is a visionary leader in automotive technology, best known for scaling Gubagoo into a global conversational commerce leader and now pioneering EV sales with Lyteflo. As COO of Gubagoo, he helped grow the company to 5,000+ dealerships before its 2021 acquisition by Reynolds and Reynolds. Now Co-Founder & CEO of Lyteflo, Ryan is transforming how dealerships sell EVs by simplifying incentives, fuel savings, and ownership costs. Backed by $3M in seed funding, Lyteflo is set for rapid growth. Ryan remains an active force in Toronto’s tech ecosystem, driving innovation, mentoring talent, and shaping the future of automotive retail.
Wayne Pommen is Chief Revenue Officer at Affirm (NASDAQ: AFRM), where he leads commercial operations, including sales, partnerships, marketing, and the company’s marketplace business. He joined Affirm following its 2021 acquisition of PayBright, Canada’s leading buy now, pay later provider, where he served as President and CEO. Under his leadership, PayBright grew from 5 to 250 employees and nearly $1 billion in annual transaction volume. Previously, Wayne was a Principal at TorQuest Partners and a Consultant at Bain & Company. He has also held advisory and board roles with Payments Canada, Hudson’s Bay Company, and IOU Financial.
