三年前，Shirley 發現了引導的力量，並堅信每個人都具備成為引導者的潛力。從參加國際引導者協會（IAF Global）的課程與線上研討會，亦在 IAF Facilitation Summit、Mentorship program 及「Facilitation Impact Award」取經，她致力於將經驗轉化為容易理解和實踐的洞見。
Shirley 除了是LinkedIn 專欄 Facilitation Snippet 的作者，亦有運用「世界咖啡館」（World Café）方法打造深度對話空間。透過每月舉辦 World Café 活動，幫助本地小店，同時促進人與人之間的連結。
她擅長用簡單易行的方法，幫助人們將引導技能融入生活與職場，並希望每個人都能即學即用，傳遞引導的變革力。
本次活動，Shirley 將分享她的成長故事、實踐心得，以及引導如何為社區與企業的協作賦能。

Shirley discovered the power of facilitation three years ago and believes that everyone has the potential to facilitate. From attending courses and webinars hosted by IAF Global to participating in the IAF Facilitation Summit, Mentor Program and Facilitation Impact Awards, Shirley has committed to turning her experiences into actionable insights.
Through her LinkedIn newsletter Facilitation Snippet and by using the World Café method to create spaces for meaningful dialogue, Shirley supports local businesses and fosters connection through hosting monthly World Cafe events.
Shirley enjoys using simple, accessible methods to help people integrate facilitation skills into their lives and work. Her hope is that anyone can immediately apply these skills and share the power of facilitation.
