Michael is the Co-Founder and CEO of LumiQ, a mobile podcast platform that transforms professional education by offering engaging conversations with business leaders as verifiable learning for CPAs. Before establishing LumiQ, Michael served as the CFO/COO of GestureLogic, a wearable technology startup. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and earned his degree from Carleton University.
Mark Jaine is a prominent Toronto tech leader and entrepreneur, known for scaling Intelex Technologies into a global EHSQ software leader. As CEO, he grew the company to 1,400+ clients in 170 countries and led its $570M USD acquisition in 2019 — one of Canada’s largest tech exits. After 20 years at Intelex, Mark became an active advisor and investor in the tech space. In 2024, he co-founded Centre to continue driving innovation. He’s also a champion of community initiatives like #Tech4SickKids, aiming to raise $25M for SickKids Hospital, and is dedicated to mentoring Canada’s next generation of entrepreneurs.
