SME drop-in sessions are recurring, unstructured, open group calls with our SMEs with the purpose of upskilling and sharing knowledge. The topics are decided by those of you who show up, so bring your burning questions!

Drew Wilkinson is a climate activist, community organizer, and co-founder of Microsoft’s 10,000 member employee sustainability community. He works for Planet Earth but provides consulting services for employee engagement through the Climate Leadership Collective, helping organizations make sustainability part of everybody's job.
Aiyana Bodi leads employee engagement at Project Drawdown, working with corporate partners and their employees to scale climate action. Aiyana is passionate about climate justice and helping people find their place in the broader ecosystem of change — turning their climate concern into action. She sees employee activation as a vehicle for just and equitable solutions that not only reduce emissions, but also empower workers.
