✨ What’s Happening? Join us for a deeply restorative Soundbath Experience led by Bianca Lee. This session, themed Embracing Change, is designed to guide you through the exploration of trust, surrender, and self-care in times of uncertainty and transformation.
Through the healing vibrations of sound, Bianca will create a meditative space that allows you to release tension, centre yourself, and welcome the unknown with calm, clarity, and an open heart. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, realigned, and more deeply connected to your inner wisdom.

This experience is for those who want to release resistance, cultivate inner trust, and embrace life’s transitions with grace. Meet Our Speaker
Bianca Lee is a Toronto-based sound artist, certified sound therapy practitioner, and DJ. With a background in sound therapy, communications, and trauma studies, Bianca is passionate about exploring the profound impact of sound and music on personal and collective well-being.
Bianca has over 9 years' of experience in the music and wellness industry, working both locally and globally for clients like Disney, Marvel Studios, Porsche, YouTube, Holt Renfrew, Toronto International Film Festival, Pitbull’s Globalization and more, and has been invited to speak about her journey via organizations like TEDxYouth, Fuckup Nights Hamilton, and Women of Influence. In January 2024, Bianca was featured on Cityline TV and in April 2024 Bianca introduced the first-ever immersive sound bath installation at The Royal Ontario Museum.
Through her sound wellness practice, she leads restorative sound bath sessions and designs immersive learning experiences for educational institutions, workplaces, conferences, festivals, and more. Bianca serves as a guest lecturer at the University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Studies, where she shares her knowledge on the therapeutic uses of sound.
Outside of her music and wellness practice, Bianca volunteers as a mentor for The Forum - a Canadian-based charity that supports self-identified women entrepreneurs.
