
The Last Track Night (as PACE)
βWelcome to PACE Track Nights!
βπ₯ WORKOUT:
βPart 1: 1-2 miles @ tempo effort (60-80%).
βPart 2: 4-6 x 150m (50 -50 -50) w/ 250m walk/jog R. Each 150 works as follows:
β50m @ 5k effort (70%)
β50m @ 3k effort (80%)
β50m @ mile effort (MAX)
ββοΈ NOTES:
βPlease bring a water, some running shoes, and whatever else you think you need!
βNo restrooms available (port-o-potty only), so make sure you take care of business beforehand!!
βNo pets allowed at the track (UNLVs rules)
βLights are limited so bring a headlamp if you got one
βWarm-up on your own by 6:10pm
βπLOCATION: We'll meet at the UNLV Myron Partridge Stadium / Sheila Tarr Track. https://maps.app.goo.gl/vPBDPfjKfn2j9s3P8
βπ PARKING: Parking is free just outside the track entrance! Look for Lot S.
