Future of Cellular Medicine & Women's Health: Round Table Discussion - Public
Let's talk about the future, how we got here, and how we can build it together.
————
The first of a series of bi-monthly events co-hosted by Muse Bio!
————
Cellular medicine is reshaping how we understand and care for our bodies: tools like stem cells, reprogramming and tissue engineering are opening new landscapes towards regeneration and reproductive frontiers. As these technologies evolve, they’re opening up new possibilities for fertility, for diagnostics and therapeutics, and for rethinking what women’s health can look like in the 21st century.
This shift feels especially powerful in areas medicine has historically overlooked. Conditions like endometriosis, PCOS, and infertility affect millions, yet remain poorly understood and underfunded. Cellular approaches offer a chance to revisit these challenges with fresh tools and new frameworks. Join us in having a conversation about building systems that celebrate the complexity, intelligence, and regenerative potential of menstruating bodies.
This event is for anyone curious about these developments. Whether you’re working in biotech or adjacent, reproductive health, building a startup, or simply wondering what the future of care could look like, you’re warmly invited to join.
We’ll start with a few short sparks to frame the conversation, then open the space for some project shares, open discussion and community exchange. No panels/slides - open conversational vibes.
We’re co-hosting this event with Muse Bio (@mycells.bio), a biotech startup deriving stem cells from menstrual blood to fuel cellular therapies. They’ll share a brief look into their science, mission, and how you can get involved in a new community study launching at Frontier Tower.
Tea & Pizza will be shared so come cozy or right after work, you are welcome just as you are!

Agenda:
6:00pm-6:30pm - Arrival, pizza, tea, community networking
6:30pm - Official round table discussion begins: short shares, projects, community discussion
7:30-8:15pm - Networking & goodnight!

Discussion:
We will cover some of the basics - what are stem cells, where do they come from, do you have stem cells, what can they do? And continue on to discuss therapies both currently available and in the pipeline.
We will also be discussing some history of medical science and drug development, and the impact of excluding female biochemistry in clinical trials (until 1993) on the efficacy and development of drugs today.
Aya & Juliette of Muse Bio will share a bit about the vision of personalized medicine through autologous (your own) stem cells.
About Muse Bio:
At Muse we are building a platform to allow individuals who menstruate have access to their own stem cells.
Muse Bio Study: We are launching a study out of Frontier Tower accepting menstrual blood donations for research. Study participants will be compensated $40, insights into their menstrual health, priority access to future paid studies, and free menstrual cup! Sign up here!

This event is hosted at the Frontier Tower:
A 16-floor tower in San Francisco, a self-governed vertical village—a hub for frontier technologies and creative arts. Tier-one labs presenting AI, Ethereum, biotech, neuroscience, longevity, robotics, human flourishing, and arts & music. These floors will house innovators and creators pushing the boundaries of human potential in a post-AI-singularity world.
