P.S. what's a "startup founder?" We'll define "founder" here as anyone the corporate entity's incorporator and its delegates authorize to publicize themselves as the/a founder. And for our purposes a "startup" is any business with a very high degree of product, technology, market, or business model uncertainty, and that could plausibly be sold at some point for at least $100 million, if successful.
