Founders Running Club (FRC) brings founders, investors, tech, creative people and startup enthusiasts together for weekly easy runs and networking. We like to be comfortable when we run and finish with coffee and conversations. Choose your pace or follow a pacer—pets, friends, family, are welcome.

Meeting location: in front of Sun Museum entrance (Sai Ying Pun MTR, exit B3).
Run location: in Sun Yat Sen Park and along the Victoria Harbour.
Please register to receive exact location & updates.
We typically run for 30 minutes (easy/social/chatty pace) target 5K, with pre- and post-run stretch (10 minutes), then (optional) snack/coffee nearby (45~60 minutes). You may join late and/or join just for coffee.
You may store bag/water at meeting location (building concierge). Sun Yat Sen Sports Center also has storage inside the building (opens early), and outside next to the toilets (24hours).
We run regardless of weather (eg, rain, typhoon 1), unless specifically noted as 'cancelled' on this post.
