Some of us do our best work when the world quiets down. Nightshift is your dedicated evening to plug in, lock in, and make real progress on the things you’ve been putting off. Bring your laptop, your notebook, and your goals—this is a space for ambitious women who are ready to build momentum, together.
Whether you’re a part-time entrepreneur, a full-time dreamer, or someone who works best after 6pm, Nightshift is designed to meet you where you are. It’s soft accountability meets deep focus, with a side of intentional community.

We’re transforming PH into a late-night work sanctuary—complete with soft music, cozy corners, and space to get in your zone. You’ll be invited to set an intention, name the work you've been putting on the back burner, and enjoy focused co-working time in good company.

Meet Our Host
Natasha Helwig—affectionately known as Tash—is a Facilitator, Writer, and Coach who helps individuals and organizations cultivate trust, connection, and belonging. Her work spans leadership development, emotional wellness, and culture-building through storytelling.
As the founder of The Birdhouse, Tash partners with institutions like TD Bank, Berklee City Music, and Humber College to deliver Council-based storytelling and active listening experiences that foster psychological safety, strengthen collaboration, and deepen team relationships.
Tash also works closely with early-stage entrepreneurs and creative founders, offering strategic guidance around operations, programming, and building sustainable, values-aligned businesses. Her consulting supports clients in moving from idea to execution with clarity, purpose, and confidence.
Lastly, she is the founder of Broken Heals Inc., an initiative focused on supporting women—especially Black women—in healing from emotional wounds, breaking harmful relational patterns, and reclaiming self-worth. Through workshops, coaching, and her Substack newsletter Bare With Me, Tash's work encourages introspection, restoration, and human connection at every level.
