This event is organized by Justin Brodie-Kommit, PhD the GP of Lichen Ventures and is supported by the Johns Hopkins University Ralph O’Connor Sustainable Energy Institute (ROSEI), Prithvi Ventures, and Camber Road.

The Ralph O’Connor Sustainable Energy Institute (ROSEI) serves as the nexus for sustainable energy-related research, educational programs and translation activities at the Johns Hopkins University. ROSEI is organized around four core pillar areas of innovation for the energy transition; Carbon management, Energy storage, Wind power and Grid optimization.  ROSEI is part of a network of academic, industry, and government entities working together to make the State of Maryland a leader climate innovation and technology development.

Prithvi Ventures invests in early-stage hyper ambitious startups to reduce emissions and fight climate change. Our current portfolio is focused across the energy value chain, with investments in battery materials and recycling, AI solutions for energy management, methane monitoring, carbon capture and carbon credits. We are actively expanding this portfolio through our "enabler thesis" which includes software and associated hardware solutions that accelerate the development and adoption of sustainable technologies across several energy intensive industries.

Camber Road finances business-essential equipment for venture-backed companies. No high interest rates, blanket liens or warrants. Our simple process and flexible payment terms extend the runway and free up cash for other capital needs for our customers. We do one thing, and we do it better than the rest.

Special thanks to Chatham Imports for providing their exquisite liquor for the event.
