Light snacks and refreshments will be provided, and there will be opportunities to meet the author along with a book signing.
This event registration will grant you access to our in-person event in Long Beach, CA.
In Patterns That Remain, Dr. Stacey Diane Arañez Litam empowers readers to heal from diasporic wounds and become people, partners, and parents who embody abundance mentalities grounded in joy, balance, and gratitude. Each chapter addresses culturally relevant topics among Asian Americans and children of Asian immigrants including historical trauma, scarcity mindset, childhood attachment wounds, and sexual scripts. This empowering book blends history, storytelling, and culturally grounded techniques to equip readers with the tools needed to promote self-reflection, personal growth, and diasporic healing.
