βraise your hand if you have boring or thrifted clothes that you want to learn how to embellish and customize (βπ½) join stitch club and learn how to make your own handmade iron-on patch! this workshop is led by local fiber artist Francesca Miller, owner of one of cups clothing here in philly. this fun workshop will show you how to hand sew your own cute, colorful patches using scrap fabric and garment waste ππ
βall sewing levels are welcome, francesca will lead you through all of the skills needed to complete this project. you will leave this workshop with a handmade patch and the skills to continue making your own clothing!
βabout francesca: Francesca Miller started One Of Cups clothing as a response to the garment waste crisis that the world is currently facing. Her goal is to save as many pieces of clothing as possible from the landfill by making them new again through patchwork and mending,Β while also helping people discover and embrace their personal style. She believes that, your clothing should bring joy into your life and your closet, and she loves to help people create those joyful pieces!
