​At our Dinners at home, our members will have the chance to gather in homes with a private chef to discuss a single question that matters.

​Anna wants to host 20 lucky members for a dinner party in her gorgeous flat.

​Join other OTC members for a gourmet self-service buffet to enjoy and reflect on what has inspired you to show up.

​Introducing Our Host: Anna Bukovskaya

​I am Anna. Moved to Madrid in August after 20 years in London, 2 years in NYC and originally from Siberia. I am passionate about building meaningful connections with people and my interests span reading (maybe this is something to do with my great uncle being c bukowski) travelling (I’ve been to 62 countries and counting). Love a good conversation especially when paired with great food and wine.

​Love to cook and host. Ottolenghi is my go-to for recipes.

​In my house there is always a lot of wine and food, great conversations, jazz music and people from all sorts of backgrounds.

​Introducing Our Chef & Wine Expert:

​Chef : Gloria SanMiguel

​Hi I'm Gloria Sanmiguel, Latin cook and art historian, i have been living in Europe for 3 years already, I cooked in Bavaria, Germany for a year before settling in Madrid, I lived for 7 years in Buenos Aires, Argentina where I learned among many other things the art of asado, before that I spent a year traveling and cooking through Latin America, (Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia and Uruguay), I am a writer, actress and singer. 

​I am passionate about conscious, seasonal and waste-free gastronomy, Art in all its expressions, wine and nature, as a creative and bilingual chef I enjoy the spaces where it is possible to generate connections with different cultures and human perspectives through food. I understand cooking as a sensitive language, a powerful tool for change and an art so perfect that it is also eaten.

​Wine Expert : Aleksei Poleukhin

​Hi, I'm Aleksei Poleukhin, Gloria's partner 

​A little about me: I am from St.-Petersburg, Russia and moved from there in 2022. I am an artist, designer and co-founder of the Research & Art Online Museum. Also I am founder and teacher of my online school of graphic design and visual arts. I have a passion for climbing and hiking. I appreciate good food, art and interesting connections and I consider myself a connoisseur, enthusiast and passionate about wine in general and Spanish wine in particular.

​A BUFFET STYLE DINNER AT HOME with three courses cooked & prepared in-home by a professional chef & Wine Expert.

• ​Homemade Labneh with balkan roses jam 

• ​Fresh baked spring garden focaccia Crudités and fruits Marinated olives 

• ​Smoked chicken quesadillas with lime- dill sour cream and crunchy corn

• ​Zucchini, carrot, honey and goat cheese quiche (vegetarian)

• ​Delicious fresh and seasonal quinoa salad with creamy dressing 

• ​Beef juicy Kaftas, pomegranate and fresh herbs
