7CTOs Women's Call

​Are you looking to find support and connect with other female tech leaders who are navigating similar challenges?  Or maybe you just want to listen in and hear what others are working on - personally, professionally, or a little of both.

PURPOSE:
To create a safe space for women CTOs to share unique perspectives on their roles in a male-dominated industry.  Attendees will bring current situations and challenges to the session and we will run the session as peer coaching.

STANDING AGENDA:

• ​We’ll curate a topic together at the beginning of the session.  Or pick from a list of prior suggested topics.

• ​Intros + Icebreaker

• ​Discuss the selected topic

  • ​How it shows up for us in our daily work/life.

  • ​Challenges in this area that we are seeking to overcome

  • ​Peer coaching

• ​Select another topic, if time allows

• ​Each attendee summarizes what they learned, and any action items they are taking from the discussion

​We invite all women in technical leadership to join us for this 1 hour zoom gathering every 3rd Thursday @ 10am PST 1pm EST 7pm CET.
