Assess participants' skills and suitability for open job roles.
Offer job positions to winners.
Challenge:
A problem statement will be provided at the start of the event. Just bring your laptop and be ready to code!
Important Details:
No CV required, no interview—just hack and get a job!
CTC starts from 8L and can go up based on your experience and current CTC.
Open to candidates with 1-8 years of experience in Full Stack development.
Agenda:
Welcome and Introduction (9:00 AM - 9:30 AM)
Greetings and registration.
Brief introduction of the company, hackathon agenda, and challenge.
Explanation of rules and evaluation criteria.
Team Formation and Brainstorming (9:30 AM - 10:00 AM)
Participants form teams or are assigned teams.
Quick brainstorming session to plan their projects.
Hacking Session (10:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
Teams work on their projects.
Mentors are available to provide support and answer questions.
Lunch Break (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM)
Lunch provided for all participants.
Hacking Session (2:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
Teams continue working on their projects.
Mentors remain available for support.
Submission Deadline (5:00 PM - 5:30 PM)
Teams submit their projects.
Presentations and Demos (5:30 PM - 7:00 PM)
Each team presents their project (5-10 minutes per team).
Judges evaluate projects based on predefined criteria.
Judging and Awards (7:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
Announcement of winners.
Job offers are distributed to the top teams.
Wrap-up and thank you to all participants.
