The Climate Party® is building a Scenius - collective genius - for Climate solutions in India.
Climate Parties are a series of immersive learning & ecosystem building events curated to enable interdisciplinary solutionists, either already working in or seriously considering a transition to the Climate space, to discover more of their kind across domains and cross-pollinate ideas for collaborative action.
About the event
What unfolds along Goa’s coastlines during the monsoon, when beaches empty out, and coastal ecosystems quietly carry on?
For the 6th edition of Goa Climate Party, we step into this lesser-seen season to explore how monsoon patterns shape coastal life.
Together with Canopy by the Coast, we bring to you an experiential coastal walk led by Nester Fernandes followed by a dialogue that unpacks the link between shifting rainfall, coastal biodiversity, and local food systems.

🦀 Coastal biodiversity walk
A guided exploration of Goa’s shoreline to learn about local species, habitats, and how the monsoon shapes coastal life
🌧️ Monsoon x climate reflections
An open conversation on how climate change is making monsoons less predictable and what that means for coastal biodiversity and our food systems
💬 Q&A and peer exchange
Engage with Canopy by the Coast and fellow participants in an informal discussion connecting the walk to larger questions of climate and community in Goa
Participation Details
Registration fee: ₹950 per person (includes walk and facilitation)
Free for children under 16 (valid ID required for verification)
Participants must arrange their own transportation to the venue (exact location to be shared closer to the event)
Wear weather-appropriate clothing, including monsoon gear; we’ll share suggestions based on the forecast before the event
