Free Yoga in the Park – Monday, June 16 at 18:00
This session is part of a series of free community events focused on mental and emotional health.
Join us for a grounding yoga session in the park, guided by Laia. We’ll move through a heart-opening flow that’s gentle, accessible for all levels, and designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner intentions.
We’ll begin with a check in to ground ourselves and connect as a group, and close with a sharing circle to reflect together.
This event is free and open to all, but space is limited. Please only RSVP if you genuinely plan to attend.
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat or towel
• Layers (it might get cooler later)
• Blanket (for warmth during savasana)
• Water bottle
• Journal + pen (optional, for intention-setting)
