About Event

Detox Retreat: A moment to unplug  Sunday, 20th July | 8:00am – 3:30pm 

Gift yourself a pause from the chaos of the city and take time to ground and reconnect. This half-day retreat is a chance to slow down through simple practices and the care of community.

We’ll move through tea ceremony, riverside yoga, shared meals, rest, and space for reflection What to Expect : A gentle day of slowing down, held in presence and community.

Itinerary 

8:00–9:30 — Arrival & Riverside Yoga with Gari 

10:00–11:00 — Light Breakfast & Community Chit Chat 

10:30–11:30 — Tea Ceremony With Josh

12:00–1:00 — Studio Chill & Rest 

1:30–2:30 —Tea & Tarot

2:30–3:30 — Community Lunch

3:30 — Closing

Riverside Yoga-  Gari will guide a gentle riverside flow, inviting us to soften and reconnect with the body, not to push, but to open

Light Breakfast- Fresh baked goods, fruit, Kashew cheese, and a selection of tea, coffee, and kombucha to energize the morning.

Tea Ceremony - We’ll begin the day with a quiet tea space guided by Josh, creating an atmosphere of presence and ease as we settle in.

Studio Time-  A restful hour in the studio. Journal, read, share quietly or simply nap. This time is for you.

Tarot & Tea - We’ll gather in closing for a collective tarot session with Ai, sharing tea and setting gentle intentions as we return to the world outside.

Community Lunch-  A warm Vietnamese-style meal shared around the table, with time for connection and nurturing conversation.

- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop if the minimum number of reservations is not met. In such cases, we will first offer guests the option to either reschedule for a later date or receive a credit for future events. If neither of these options is suitable, we are happy to provide a refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
