Yolanda will provide a brief overview of the mushroom life cycle and share her expert knowledge on mushroom cultivation, their diverse applications and the vital role they play in our ecosystems.
Yolanda is an Urban Agricultural Specialist with the Harvest NY program. In this role, she provides technical assistance and educational programming for urban farmers and gardeners across the five boroughs of New York City, with a particular focus on mushroom cultivation.
