Creators for Climate: From Idea to Impact – Skills for Climate-Centered Content and Events
The most impactful climate events and activations don’t just happen — they’re built with intention, creativity, and care for the people they bring together. This one-day masterclass is for anyone who wants to sharpen their skills in hospitality, production, and content creation for climate-centered events and public activations.
You’ll learn from experienced producers, creators, and organizers while connecting with peers from across Los Angeles who are passionate about climate action. We’ll share practical tools you can use to make any event more welcoming, well-run, and resonant with your audience — whether it’s a neighborhood gathering, a cultural activation, or a citywide festival.
We welcome voices and perspectives from across Los Angeles, especially from places and communities whose creativity and leadership have not yet been fully reflected in the city’s major climate moments.
Whether you’ve produced large-scale events, made creative content, or are just starting out, you’ll leave with new skills, fresh ideas, and a network of collaborators ready to bring powerful climate activations to life.
Agenda to be shared soon. Participants are encouraged to attend in person, but sessions will be offered online via Zoom as well.
