With over a decade of experience in operations and leadership development, she specializes in creating simple workflows, optimizing team dynamics, and implementing people-centered strategies that empower teams to thrive.
Samantha creates clarity by designing systems and processes tailored to each business, helping them move from overwhelm to efficiency without sacrificing flexibility. Her unique approach focuses on unlocking the full potential of both the business and the people behind it.
Outside of her work, Samantha enjoys experimenting with knives and fire in her home kitchen, planning family adventures, and keeping her cat, Taco Velociraptor, from taking over the world.
Karina Mikhli is a Professional Services and SaaS Fractional COO; Workflow Consultant; and Founder of Fractionals United and RightSize Collective. She has almost a decade of experience building, optimizing, and scaling small to mid size businesses and although she can (and has) managed and optimized most functions, she provides the most value by leading and focusing teams and streamlining and optimizing systems. Karina works best with founders looking for a right-hand partner who will manage and run the business while they focus on their areas of strength and interest.
