In a world that idealises productivity and efficiency, we’ve confused growth with advancement.
Growth doesn’t always mean forward and upwards. Some times growth is creating more space, not climbing more steps.
This session invites us to experience growth beyond the mental plane. By combining breathwork with reflection we explore:
How we create space for who we already are
What we need to be truly receptive to new “lessons” and behaviours
And what learning something new can look like when we focus on applying what we learn rather than memorising a new fact or insight.
In this session you get:
A 20-30 minute facilitated breathwork session.
An opportunity to anchor into yourself and your own knowing.
A moment to reflect deeply on what most benefits your own growth.
Shani Persson is a creation catalyst and growth facilitator. Through two decades of self-development practices and more than ten years of building contexts for other people to learn, thrive and innovate at work - she brings together an eclectic mix of tools and perspectives on human evolution, learning, wellbeing, healing and creativity.
As a trained Breathwork healing practitioner through ongoing study with Michelle Baker and David Elliot (steps 1-3) she invites a playful, deep, warm and present atmosphere - leaving us open to explore, feel and heal.

PREPARING FOR THE SESSION
In preparation, I recommend feeling into your space. And observing what you need in order to feel open and relaxed.
This can look different for all of us, but it can be things like picking up mess or clutter that bothers you, making the bed or anything similar.
In the session you need:
A yoga-mat or your bed to lie on (comfortably for around 20-30 minutes)
Blanket and pillow
Clothes that are comfortable and promote easy and deep breathing (of course).
And potentially a bolster or similar if you prefer to have support under your knees or legs.
Headphones or earbuds. I'll be using a playlist for the duration of the session - sound is best and most immersive in-ear.
Any incense, smoke medicine or essential oils that you use to support and enhance your practices are also welcomed.
Any questions, thoughts or doubts - of course bring them too and we will talk everything through before we get started.
